An Arabian traditional iftar 'kushari':
Ingrediants- 250 gm Basmati rice
250 gm Musori Daal
250 gm Boiled Shada chola (kabli boot)
250 gm Boiled Any kind of Macaroni
1 ta Onion
2 tblsp. Oil
4 tblsp. Tomato sauce
1 tsp. Ginger paste
1 tsp. Garlic paste
poriman moto Salt
1 tblsp. Lebu r rosh
1 tsp. Black peper
METHOD- 1st e chal-daal 1 hour bhijiye rekhe pani jhoriye
nite hobe. hari te oil diye peyaj halka badami kore bheje nite hobe. macaroni o
chola chara baki shob ingrediants diye chal-dal valo kore bejhe nite hobe. pani
diye dhakna diye chal-dal siddho hooya porjonto wait korte hobe. chal-dal
siddho hoye ale chola o macaroni chal-dale diye valo kore mix korte hobe. halka
ache chulay boshiye rakhte hobe. pani shukiye ale namiye serve korun iccha moto
shajiye.
NOTE: jehutu, arabian ra jhal khete pare na, tai apnara
chaile kacha morich o lebu diye khete paren.
