Sausage Pie


For the dough:1. All Purpose Flour 4 table Spoon2. Baking Powder 1/2 Tb sp3. Coriander finely chopped( it gives a nice green texture to the aesthetics)4. oil 1 Tb Sp5. Salt to Taste6. water
preparation:
1. in a bowl add flour, baking powder and salt.2. Than add the chopped coriander and mix well.3. give oil to the mixture.4. now mix everything with the water to make a soft dough.5. knead well to make it soft and divide 5-6 little dough.
For the Fillet
1. Chicken/ Meat Sausage Chopped 2 cup2. Green Chilli Chopped to taste3. Soya Sauce 1 Tea Spoon4. Coriander chopped to taste5. salt to taste( Remember the soya sauce has salty taste as well)6.Mozzarella Cheese grated 1 cup7. oil 2 tea spoon8. Garlic 2 cloves finely chopped
preparation:
1. in a hot pan add oil.2. Give chopped garlic and stir until the smell comes.3. give soya sauce and stir little and immediately give chopped sausage with chilli and coriander.4. let them fry a little.5. add salt with mozzarella cheese and mix everything well6.let them cool for a while.
Final touch6. roll the dough in a circuler shape and give 1 tea spoon of fillet in the middle.7. cover the fillet like a flower shape and close it with a clove in the middle.8. brush the pie with egg yolk which will give it a nice golden color after baking.9. now in a baking tray put all the pies brushed with egg yolk.10. pre heat the oven at 180' c temperature for 10 mins.11. now put the baking tray with pies in the per-heated oven and bake it for another 20 mins.12. after 20 mins remove the pies from oven and serve it to the plate hot.
